Equatorial Guinea international Jade Boho-Sayo was the face of Bristol Academy on Tuesday as they whipped Aston Villa 4-0 in the FA WSL at the Sutton Coldfield Central Ground.
Adding to a magnificent 45-yard goal from Caroline Weir in the 27th minute and Nadia Lawrence’s second goal in the 57th minute, substitute Boho-Sayo struck twice in the 82nd and 85th minute to wrap up an emphatic first win of the season.
The Spaniard-born super striker joined the Vixens from Rayo Vallecano in Madrid on July 9 for the second half of the season and has now scored three goals in two appearances as she aims to help save bottom-placed Bristol from relegation.
On signing at Bristol, Jade told the club’s official website: “I’m excited to join the team. It’s my dream to play football outside of Spain. I want to help the team and be important for the team. It’s important for me to learn English and experience another style of football.”
She holds an impressive 55 goal tally at Rayo Vallecano and has a wealth of playing experience including featuring in the UEFA Women’s Champions League.
