Ugandan International Jean Sseninde has joined Crystal Palace in the English Women Premier League (FAWSL)
Sseninde joins the South London club for one year after spending three seasons at Queens Park Rangers (QPR).

Sseninde who got an invitation from English Premier League side Charlton Athletic FC in 2012 was part of the Crested Cranes squad that took part in the 2016 CECAFA Women Cup that was held in Uganda as the hosts finished fourth.
The strong midfielder had a short stint with Charlton before signing for second division team Phoenix Ladies FC, where she played for three seasons before joining QPR.
Jean Foot as she is fondly known, remains a big inspiration for young Ugandan girls through her foundation the Sseninnde Foundation which was launched early this year.
Part of the foundation’s objective is to empower young girls and women in the community.
