Nigeria’s Under-20 leading highest goalscorer, Rasheedat Ajibade, has attributed unity and hard work as the key to their victories so far in the World Cup qualifiers.
Ajibade who has scored seven goals, said that the players work with three major components to achieving results.
“The brain behind where we are now is that we are united, work hard and play to instructions of our coaches”.
Ajibade also said she places premium on the team tasks. priority first in every match is her team’s victory
“For me, my own orientation apart from working hard is that I’m always after my team victory first before personal glory.”
Ajibade while reacting to the final match-up against the Basetsana of South Africa, doesn’t rule out miracles.
“Any team that qualifies to be at this stage of the qualification is a good team, so there is no push over.
“We don’t see South Africa as a threat or obstacle but we know God will help us to scale through.”
